Efficiency that moves: neoTower®

CHP units for decentralized energy solutions from 2.0 to 71.0 kW electrical output.

The neoTower® is quiet, robust, efficient, and compact. Sophisticated acoustic decoupling, combined with very low motor speed, ensures quiet operation and maximum durability.

This makes neoTower® CHP units suitable for facilities with high comfort requirements, such as hotels or nursing homes. Efficiencies of up to 109.2% demonstrate outstanding performance. Thanks to its compact design and the option of disassembly for installation, the neoTower® can be used almost anywhere.

Smart and innovative
Intuitive operation
Intuitive operation

The neoTower® is easy to operate. Using a touchscreen, you can adjust settings and, if desired, visualise current consumption and production values. The neoTower® is available in two versions: with or without a touchscreen.

Long maintenance intervals
Long maintenance intervals

Thanks to constant low-speed operation, the neoTower® minimises wear and achieves exceptionally long maintenance intervals.

Remote monitoring
Remote monitoring

Each neoTower® can be connected to the Internet either via the supplied cellular router (including a SIM card valid for 24 months) or through an Ethernet connection. This provides worldwide access to your system’s operating and performance data at any time. Data is also transmitted to RMB/ENERGIE GmbH, allowing the technical service team to continuously monitor performance, detect irregularities early, and access the controller remotely if required.

Communication interface
Communication interface

With an optional communication module, the system can be connected to a building management system (BMS) or other digital devices.

Power modulation
Power modulation

The neoTower® can operate in either electricity-optimised or heat-optimised mode. It adjusts output to meet the current needs of your facility, ensuring only the required energy is produced.

STANDARD CONDENSING TECHNOLOGY
Thanks to standard condensing technology, neoTower® combined heat and power plants achieve efficiencies of up to 109.2%.

FLEXIBLE SWITCHING OPTION
With the bi-fuel accessory, you can choose at any time which fuel you want to use to run the neoTower®.

CHP HYBRID HEATING
Combining a heat pump with a neoTower® is an efficient and environmentally friendly way of generating heat. This hybrid solution uses the advantages of both technologies to achieve optimum energy utilisation and cost-effectiveness. It also makes it easier and more affordable to comply with GEG requirements.

EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY
In the event of a power failure, the neoTower® can continue operating in emergency power supply mode for an unlimited period. The CHP unit can start independently using the electricity storage system, ensuring energy requirements are met.

ENERGY CONTAINERS
Customised energy containers enable efficient on-site energy generation and storage. Equipped with neoTower®, electricity storage units, heat pumps, and other components, these variable containers provide a turnkey plug-and-play solution tailored to your requirements.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING BUTTON
From the CHP unit directly to the car: the electric vehicle charging function optimises electric mobility both economically and ecologically. Use the neoTower® as a charging station for e-bikes, e-scooters, and electric vehicles of all kinds.

Fuel for CHP units

In addition to natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, neoTower® can also efficiently utilise various types of biogas. These are produced during the decomposition of biomass in agricultural biogas plants, at landfill sites, or in sewage treatment plants.

Furthermore, pit gas from coal mining and associated gas from oil production can also be used to generate electricity and heat.
