This large hotel can accommodate up to 5,000 guests. The resort is located on a plot with a total area exceeding 100,000 m² and includes one of the biggest outdoor pools in Europe with a size of 12,000 m².

All cogeneration units are located in a designated room in the hotel next to the transformer and the high-voltage switchboard room. Due to the extreme climatic conditions in the summer months, a cooling system is also installed here, which cools the inlet air to a temperature below 35 °C and keeps its humidity below 80 %.

The output of the installed cogeneration system can cover 57 % of the annual electricity consumption and 75 % of the heat consumption in the entire hotel complex. The units are used primarily for water, swimming pools and aqua park heating. All units are set for continuous operation and an annual occupancy of 98 %.

The energy savings for this project are EUR 230,000 per year, which represents approximately 18 % savings compared to the separate production of electricity and heat.
