Two CENTO L380 BIO units in a container version will produce electricity on a Cebu island in a biogas station that processes biodegradable municipal waste. It is the first cogeneration project of this type in the Philippines. The heat from the CHP units will be used to ensure the operation of the biogas station technology, the rest to heat the surrounding buildings. The electricity will be supplied to the grid. Both units will be commissioned at the end of this year.
At the beginning of August 2016, the first TEDOM CHP units were dispatched to the remote Philippines.
